From the first look at the site to the service call

We are not a shop that also installs. Specifying, fitting and keeping a system working is the job.

• Site survey

  Somebody comes and looks before anything is quoted.

  Camera positions, cable routes, power, mounting points and what is already on site. It is the difference between a quotation and a guess.

• Supply

  Equipment through traceable channels.

  Cameras, recorders, controllers, handsets, speakers and the switching and power to run them.

• Installation

  Fitted and commissioned by our own technicians.

  Mounted, cabled, configured and tested, with the settings written down rather than left in somebody's head.

• Handover and training

  Shown to the people who will use it.

  How to find footage, how to add and remove a user, what the lights mean and who to ring.

• Maintenance

  Servicing so it still works in a year.

  Cleaning, refocusing, checking storage and replacing what has worn out before it fails.

• Repair and spares

  Faults fixed and parts replaced.

  For systems we installed, and — subject to confirmation — for systems we did not.
